These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, services, and transactions conducted by Bliss Full Pharma Chem (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order or engaging with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance or proforma invoice issuance.
2. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Once confirmed, cancellation may be subject to applicable charges.

1. The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
2. Bliss Full Pharma Chem shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
3. The Company is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or improper storage of products.

1. All trademarks, product names, and documentation remain the property of Bliss Full Pharma Chem.
2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business transactions.

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or pandemics.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [India/Haryana].

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [India].
